Homeopathy: True Spiritual MedicineAs the holiday season approaches and the days grow short and dark and cold (at least for those of us in the northern hemisphere!), most of us turn inward as well. It's a meditative time of the year -- one of inner reflection and contemplation. However, I believe that a new and more profound consciousness is dawning on planet Earth in general. More and more of us are beginning to realize that a deeper reality exists beneath the surface of things -- one that interconnects us all; one that demands a world that is more just and sustainable for everyone. Arising out of this growing consciousness, of course, is the increased clamoring for social and political change that we are witnessing all over the globe. There is also a growing awareness that not only is conventional medicine failing us (from both a financial and health standpoint), but that there is more to us than our physical bodies. We are becoming awakened to the reality of the energy body -- also called chi, prana, the vital force, or the etheric body, which is the true source of illness and the true locus of healing. And as you know, homeopathy is the most important and comprehensive energy-based system of healing to emerge from the western world. I believe that our energy bodies not only sustain us, but connect us to the rest of the energetic realm -- indeed, to the energy field of the Earth itself. Up until recently, our intuition about how the world works (including how our bodies work) has been based on a Newtonian or mechanistic model of the universe. But as the true nature of the subatomic quantum realm -- a realm where time and space restrictions no longer matter -- is seeping into our consciousness, we are realizing that not only are we all interconnected on a physical level, but at the deepest energetic levels of our being. This energetic realm is our future, and homeopathy is one of the key medical systems that awaits us there, poised to be embraced by humanity of the future. Homeopathy's time is coming. And in my view, it is the most comprehensive and truest form of deep spiritual medicine. That's why it can heal not only our bodies, but also our emotions, minds, and spiritual selves. In the past month, I published two articles that build a bridge between homeopathy and the science of these deeper realms of existence.
